slopehill 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Slopehill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may return or exchange undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected, the refund or exchange process will begin.

Eligibility & Notes

  • Returns must be in good condition and include all original accessories.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Slopehill does not provide pre-paid shipping labels.

  • For returns not related to product quality, customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • For returns related to product quality, Slopehill will refund the full cost of the product (excluding original shipping) after inspection.

  • Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, hair care items, accessories, free items, and any item marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    2. Contact us at support@slopehill.com if you need assistance. You can select to exchange, receive a Refund Voucher for use in the Slopehill shop, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

    3. Get a return confirmation from our customer care team.

    4. Pack your items carefully in their original packaging.

    5. Send the return items to the address provided by our customer care team.

    6. To ensure a swift refund process, include your name and order number in the return package and share the return tracking code with support@slopehill.com.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement promptly.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a product quality issue.

Defective Items

  • For faulty devices, we may require a brief video as evidence to initiate a claim.

  • Once our technicians confirm the device as defective, there's no need to return it, and we'll proceed with processing a refund or replacement.

  • For defective items exceeding the 30-day return period, please refer to the warranty policy card in the packaging.

International Returns

  • Contact us at support@slopehill.com to initiate an international return.

  • Products must be in original packaging and good condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; original international shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable as it was paid to the carrier.

  • If shipping items over $75, consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
