Love this! Best blow dryer over very expensive ones . Drys cool and is actually cold for drying and setting style .

I was thrilled when I first received this lightweight hair dryer. I have shoulder issues, and this hair dryer is the lightest one I had ever bought. I could actually dry my hair without my shoulder being in pain. This dryer lasted almost a year. Then I went on a cruise. I checked with the cruise line before I left and was told I would be able to use my own hair dryer on the ship. Wrong! Ok…my mistake. It blew the fuse in our cabin. Ship personnel took care of that and I didn’t try it again on the ship. When I returned home it would not start again. I immediately ordered another. All was well again…for about three months. One day when I changed from one speed to another, I heard a “funny” sound. I turn the dryer off. There was no smoke or overheating. I turned it back on a few minutes later and it seemed okay. The next time I used the dryer, there was a pop and then smoke. Now I have two dryers that don’t work and two lovely sets of magnetic attachments I have no use for. I just could not bring myself to buy this dryer for the third time. Just so you know…

This is a great hairdryer. It’s quiet and has several heating options to dry my hair quickly. The only negative is that it stopped working after 9 months. Other heavier, bulkier hairdryers last longer, but I already ordered another Slopehill hairdryer. It is lightweight, durable, and takes up less room in my travel bag.

I loved this product had to send back as the casing seemed to come apart quickly. The function was awesome. Maybe a fluke and I went with a retractable cord version.

I ordered several blow dryers with diffusers for my curly hair and my hairdresser helped me narrow down my final selection to this particular dryer because she noted that the diffuser did NOT allow the air to blow too strongly and the other models did, which causes the curly hair to frizz . But what is most noteworthy about this item is the customer support I received when I was having some problems with my blow dryer. They resolved the issue within one day and I had the blow dryer replaced within one week. I was truly amazed and impressed with the turnaround and the continual follow-up by Mandy the customer support person. Not only did she insure that I received the blow dryer replacement but she followed up subsequent to receipt to ensure that it was working properly. I highly recommend this company and I also recommend the blow dryer!
